I did wake up, hence I'm here, hey this is all new to me? I had planned to walk this morning, like Forest Gump ran, I was going to walk!!!! I'm on a 6 week Pedometer Challenge, in a team of 5, there are two teams, watch this space!!!! ( its 10.35am, and I have done 78 steps? yesterday I was on 5,000 at this time, Dam this machine... the laptop I mean)
