Weekend Off Ding Dang Do.....

Hello, here we are again, well at least I am and I'm on the brandy and coke, which is from Christmas, and I haven't had one since Cyprus about twelve years ago!!! and I only had it then cos I slipped down a flight of marble steps....
This is my weekend off, we have one off in 4, they are sacred they were sacred when it was every other off, but now I tend to panic not knowing what to do and trying to fit it all in, cleaning, relaxing, gardening... I will probably do nothing and just fanny around?
This blog, can people reply?iI can't remember? but I am going to probably say things you ain't a clue about, especially if you are not part of my regular friends, like 'burn it burn it' coats, I will look forward to 'voices' back!!!
The pedometer Challenge is going well, 3-5,000 is regular steps for people, but ideally you should do 10,000, well I do about 13-15,000 because I don't drive, then today I have got to 22,000!!!! and this is meant to be 'normal' week and then as the six weeks advances you are going to up your exercise and steps, gee I'm going to need new shoes, and to give up riding bus,s and having days off, I bet this weekend will be a lot less what with being off work, and only having the housework to do? i will keep you posted....
Right I'm on my second glass, and its Midnight, time for some shut eye, nearly put 'beauty' sleep, but I have work Monday I can't miss, and Hybernation season is over!!!
